In http://jobsearch.monster.ca/, if I select one of the middle items in the
"Location Search, and then scroll up, I can see the outline of my selected item
spill over into the rest of the page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto http://jobsearch.monster.ca/
2. Select one of the middle items
3. Scroll down until the item should be hidden

Actual Results:  
I can see the outline of my selected item spill over into the rest of the page.

Confirmed in the 2002-11-17-04 NB under 10.2.2.

i can also see a problem using the attached test case. Load test case and scroll
to the bottom of list. selectg the last list item, them scroll to top of list.
Notice the painting issue below the list as this is done.

I have a older build from the 10/20 which doesn't reproduce this problem. Need
to find when it first regressed.

The regression occured on the 10-30-04 NB since this problem wasn't occuring
with the 10-29-16 NB.
