Details
With the improvements done in bug 1796385, we defined some default colors for sidebars, content areas, and other sections, as well defining color variations for dark, light, and high contrast mode.
We should extract those colors currently defined exclusively for the Address Book and create a shared layout.css with generic variable names (eg. --pane1-background, --pane1-color, or something like this) in order to use it to style all pages with the same color scheme, like the account settings, settings, add-ons, calendar, new about 3 pane, etc.
