Telemetry got added in bug 1772124 and collection will stop with Firefox version 109.

toolkit/components/glean/tests/pytest/test_no_expired_metrics.py::test_no_metrics_expired checks for this and will start to fail.

This bug didn't get automatically filed due to bug 1796067.

Early Hints support is in development and we'll want to monitor this over years as web adoption of the feature increases.

Yes.

Yes. This collection is Telemetry so can be controlled through Firefox's Preferences.
