Steps to reproduce:
I created an event on 2022-11-06 at 12:00:00 in the America/New_York timezone. See attached file.
Actual results:
The event shows up at 13:00 instead of 12:00 in the calendar view.
Expected results:
The even should have shown up at 12:00.
