This could potentially affect both gtk2 and gtk1.2, just FYI.
When we get mouse enter and leave events we might need to start checking the
detail field to see if GDK_NOTIFY_INFERIOR is set. For example, if you have a
leave event and that is set, you are just being notified that the mouse has left
your client area and is now in the client area of one of your child windows.
I'm not sure if we expect that enter/leave events are strictly heirarchical or
if we're interested in leave events based on when the mouse leaves or enters a
specific client area.
