1799696 - firefox-android: Migrate release focus-android jobs

In bug 1786780, we migrated release jobs for Android-Components. Let's do the same for release. This time, we won't need as many changes, I believe. It should be a matter of merging the taskgraph config, then updating the scopes, then tweaking shipit to allow a new shipping_phase

We migrated all pieces during the focus migration last week. For the record, we regressed product-details (bug 1806137). Closing this bug.
