For example, - in save dialog, "size" is first column - in mail's folders pane, "total" is second, and "unread" third column, where it used to be the other way round - in download manager, transfer is second from left where it used to be second from the right In dm, I can still reorder the columns. In mail, it's impossible Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try saving something, for save dialog -or- 2. Simply read mail -or- 3. download a file from anywhere Actual Results: Columns of the tree views get reorderd, and in one case I cannot change their position. Expected Results: Restore the ordering of previous build I used.
This is probably a regression caused by a fix for bug 178604. A new patch went in today. Please try again tommorow with newer build.
Still there with 2002111408.

I can still see this bug in Mozilla 1.3a [Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021118]. This bug does also apply to about:config, where Index and Status have switched places.
