There's been multiple reports of the Duo 2FA enrolment failing with 504 Gateway time-out.

Verified with my own account :( The only change we have done lately is to move the token to a cookie instead of in a hidden field for TOTP and Duo. I will see why this could be causing the hangup.

I was able to use TOTP successfully to get some type of MFA working as a workaround. But for employees, Duo is a requirement.
