Steps to reproduce

1. Install Firefox Translations 1.2 (latest).
2. Go to a site that triggers Translation infobar, e.g. https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Portada
3. Observe the infobar.

Actual result

Please refer to the attached screenshot. It is captured on a maximised browser 1920×1080 100% scale.
This page is in is on its own line. Other elements do not reflow into this line if I shrink the browser.

Other unfixed quirks in bug 1796698 (not regressed by bug 1799460) are mild compared to this bug. It unnecessarily creates an extra line.
