Metabug for tracking general JS performance behaviour of Speedometer2/3,
matrix-react-bench, etc. This is about high-level review of the
benchmarks and identifying areas that may have opportunities for
improvement. In the process, also identify and fix cliffs that exist.

Focus here is largely on relative Firefox performance to itself. The
engine has continued to evolve, so revisiting this again methodically
is expected to find more fixes.
