In about:preferences#privacy Permissions section, exceptions status column is not aligned.

Hi,

I am able to reproduce the issue in the latest nightly 109.0a1 (2022-11-28) on Windows 10. The issue is not reproducible in release 107 and beta 108.0b7. This is a recent regression.

Width attribute stopped working the moment we made labels use modern
flex / block layout.

Verified - Fixed in latest Nightly 109.0a1 (2022-12-07) using Windows 10, macOS 12 and Ubuntu 20. Exceptions status column from autoplay permissions modal is now aligned accordingly.
