The labels in the UCT dialog flex to fill the box but the text is aligned to the right.
STR
- Go to about:preferences
- Scroll to "Applications"
- In the radio group under the Applications list, select "Ask whether to open or save files"
- Click this link to download a file that will open the UCT dialog
Expected
The labels (actually <description>
elements) in the UCT dialog should be visually aligned to correspond to the locale
Actual
The locale is LTR but the labels are RTL
I didn't do a bisection but I'm guessing bug 1799460 is the regressor

Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1799460
:emilio, since you are the author of the regressor, bug 1799460, could you take a look? Also, could you set the severity field?
