DevTools Network Monitor, currently available options for throttling mode
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox
- Open DevTools
- Go to Network Monitor tab
- Find Throttling mode options
- Search through listed options
Actual results:
Throttling mode currently does not contain options to simulate offline behavior on webpages.
Expected results:
Having an offline option on throttling mode would be useful for debugging purposes.

This looks like Bug 1029203, so I'm duping it
We talked about it today and that's something that seems doable
