1803130 - firefox-android: Migrate fenix to the new android monorepo

The third major step to accomplish bug 1782733 is to migrate fenix[1] to the new android monorepo[2]. I'm filing this meta-bug to track what we did for this specific step. This meta-bug fulfills the same purpose as the one I created for focus-android (bug 1797704).

The migration went great! We don't have a lot to report. Lessons from bug 1797702 comment 1 and bug 1797704 comment 1 made this migration smooth! The only bump we had was that we had to delay the merge of the releases_v110 because we hadn't shipped fenix 110.0 on the day of the migration.

We can now handle cleanups and light fallout!
