Changing cursor or hiding it persists in firefox window and does not revert back to normal cursor on Fedora 37 KDE

Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox (also tested in troubleshooting mode to ensure it's not specific config issue)
- Go to any website that uses html headers to change cursor
(for testing I used this - https://codepen.io/nathansebhastian/embed/mdmLoqw?height=300&default-tab=html%2Cresult&slug-hash=mdmLoqw&user=nathansebhastian&name=cp_embed_1#result-box ) - Hover over cursor-changing text
- Move your cursor away
Actual results:
Cursor is still changed after moved away, in most cases it becomes hidden on websites such as youtube and only way to change back to normal is to restart firefox (or to change it on other site to another normal-looking cursor)
This is not desktop environment issue because moving cursor away from firefox window or initiating window moving with Meta+right-click combination shows expected cursor
Expected results:
Cursor changing to normal after website stopping requesting the change

It seems to be it, because I have the exact same version of GTK3 and issue started after one of recent updates
$ sudo dnf info gtk3
