DATA COLLECTION REVIEW RESPONSE:

Is there or will there be documentation that describes the schema for the ultimate data set available publicly, complete and accurate?

Yes.

Is there a control mechanism that allows the user to turn the data collection on and off?

Yes. This collection is Telemetry so can be controlled through Firefox's Preferences.

If the request is for permanent data collection, is there someone who will monitor the data over time?

Yes, Issam Mani is responsible.

Using the category system of data types on the Mozilla wiki, what collection type of data do the requested measurements fall under?

Category 2, Interaction.

Is the data collection request for default-on or default-off?

Default on for all channels.

Does the instrumentation include the addition of any new identifiers?

No.

Hi Sergey

Can I request additional telemetry:
-When a user was prompted with the opt-in did they click out of it?
-When a user was prompted with the opt-in did they click "not now" to dismiss the opt-in?
-Can we see how many masks have been created in total through the credential manager by day? (or is that something that would need to be recorded from the relay side, Luke?)
-And how many makes have been created on average by a user through the credential manager? (or is that something that would need to be recorded from the relay side, Luke?)
-Can we see that a user generated a mask, then used their real email to sign in? (This would give us visibility into the amount of times users are trying to use a relay email mask and it's not accepted so they use their real email.)
-For the disabled can we see where that is set, if it's set from the modal at first run, which we can then try to optimize? versus a user enabled and then disabled from settings which points to some announce or dissatisfaction with the experience.
