We noticed today that only a small subset of test suites run in TSAN mode on Beta/Release/ESR in comparison to what runs on mozilla-central, even though they are Tier 1 and running green. Let's allow them to ride the 109 train to start.

FYI, I manually added the jobs to a push on ESR102 and they look green too:
