Sections of top-most menu bar are transparent with no color using high contrast mode in Windows 11. The result is that the top bar is inaccessible. The text is there, like "Home," but can only be seen when the top bar is over a part of the screen with a non-dark colored background
Tested in Windows 11 with:
Aquatic High Contrast theme

This was found on the active development branch for daily, not ESR102. Tested on 102.6.0 and 102.5.1 and both work fine.
