Steps to reproduce:
In the filter interface :
- create a new filter and name it,
- select customize... as first field of the rule,
- add a new header name as "List-Id" and "OK" button
- "List-Id" is selected as tested field, now complete the rule as "contains" or "is" and your choosen value,
- Validate your filter
- Choose perform action "Move Message to" and correct folder in your mailbox,
- Enable the filter Log and "Clear Log" if necessary,
- Select your filter, verify the folder where to apply "Run selected filter(s) on" and clic on "Run Now"
Actual results:
Nothing
Expected results:
Filter should be applied, message(s) should be moved and a log should be produced.
If I create a similar rule for the same message using a standard header field as "From" or "Subject", it works.

please, invert step 5 and step 6.

It works, but only for messages coming in after you added the custom header to that list.
