For clicks with the secondary (right) mouse buttons into a plugin the control
key modifier bit is not set in the event record. That means the plugin doesn't
know it should handle a contextual menu click just as if the primary mouse
button with the control key held down would have been used.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install the PDF Browser Plugin
2. Open a PDF
3. Click into the PDF with the secondary mouse button
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
Contextual menu should appear
Works in Interent Explorer and Mozilla.
Confirmed using Chimera/2002111204 on 10.1.5.
