Steps to reproduce:
open file named TestArrowHead_Plain.svg (provided in attachements)
Actual results:
Seeing that the tip of the arrow is not displayed
Expected results:
The tip of the arrow must have been displayed as it is displayed in editing software and chromium based browsers do displays it
