Consider this an enhancement request.
Chimera doesn't support the user adding their own SSL certificates.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a CRT file from somewhere (go a site that's not cert'd by a CA)
2. Try loading it (there's no way to load it)
3. Stare in awe
Actual Results:
Nothing, not even an error message
Expected Results:
It should ask you if you want to load the cert

We need some way to deal with certs.
