This issue is tracking following up to Bug 1806701 to enable the colorways builtin themes migration on the Nightly channel.

Given that there isn't that much time left before Nightly 111 will be merged to Beta, dao and I agreed to proceed with Bug 1808589 instead (and close this as a duplicate of that one).
