There is some code in BMO related to a Datadog integration. As we no longer use Datadog, this code can and should be removed.

Turns out the Datadog code is still used to send data to statsd via an integration, although no code is sent to Datadog itself.
We should add some comments to clarify this in the codebase.
Summary: remove unused datadog code → clarify BMO datadog code is used for statsd
