All my extensions I care for were nicely sorted in the overflow menu. All of a sudden they are clumped together under an unsorteable Unified Extensions Button, that always show all extensions in any order. I can pin them to the toolbar but that's not what I want. I want them back in to overlow menu, I want them in a specific order and only show extensions I use regularly.

Hi, sorry about that. This is the expected behavior as of 109 (Release). There is now an extensions button with all the extensions, see: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/unified-extensions - It is no longer possible to move extensions to the overflow menu.
