when using a hotmail account, in the compose mode neither the list of quick
email address shows (which is to the right generally of the email address) nor
does the control bar which says (attachments) show, so one cannot upload
attachments to an email generated in hotmail.  (as an aside in my own email
squirrel email as used at my isp iac.net there is no indicator of how the upload
is progressing- a "thermometer" indicator is available both in ie 5.5 and
netscape.) the email address feature and the control bar attachment bar both
appear correctly when using either netscape or IE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a hotmail account
2.access the account create a couple of email address
3.go to the compose tab in hotmail using netscape or ie to see correct rendering
then reopen again in mozilla to see the buggy version

Actual Results:  
as noted above

Expected Results:  
shown both the "quick email" address and
shown the attachment bar with the location for attachments
shown a "thermometer" or other uploading percentage completion format.
