Steps to reproduce:
Record 5 clips in Common Voice website with connected BT ear pieces in combination with a Fenix browser.
https://commonvoice.mozilla.org/en/speak
Actual results:
Actually i can record 1 clip which is silent on playback.
The next recorded clip i get a "the recording is too silent" message in CV website.

Expected results:
Voice clips can be recorded and played in CV website with connected BT ear pieces and Fenix browser(s).
I tested this with Vanadium Browser (chromium based) BT ear pieces and CV website and it is functioning in this combination!

Also re testet this one again:
All recorded clips with connected BT ear plugs are silent on playback! Diconnecting BT ear pieces results also in silent playback.
