Hi,
I am requesting a splash screen at boot up like mozilla does we are at 0.4 and
we do not have one yet. Were are almost half way to 1.0 and we still do not have
one yet this not good.May I request one. I want one badly and I have waited a
long time for it and I still do not see it.

Put a file called phoenix.bmp in your Phoenix folder, then run Phoenix.exe with
the -splash switch.
