Steps to reproduce:
Install Thunderbird 102.7.0
No changes in settings form in thunderbird or admin O365
Installing any previous version fix issue.
No logs or useful information except "Authentication failure while connecting to server outlook.office365.com"
Login successful from MS point of view.
I belive it connected with bug 1685414 comment 45
