Steps to reproduce:
Updated Firefox Nightly to 111.0a1 (2023-01-19) (64bit) [ though this was happening on the prior build too, iirc, because I thought an update might fix the issue ] and clicking a link in an app like discord no longer opens a tab in Firefox. If Firefox isn't running, it starts up with the tab. If it's already running, then nothing happens. Same if I run "firefox <url>" at the command line.
Actual results:
Tab is not opened for externally-clicked links when Firefox is already running.
Expected results:
Tab should have opened after I clicked a link (eg from Discord)
