Each mode is a child element of the folder tree, and that makes their header selectable. There's nothing useful we can currently do with a selected header, so I propose to make that impossible.

This puts the test back to how it was before I reimplemented the folder tree. Now the tree's row indices behave the same as they did then.
I'm sure I'd already fixed this test, but here we are...
