1812580 - Fix collections related ui tests failures after downloads updates

After the patch from https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/pull/28572 some collections tests are seen as failing with seemingly no direct relation.
The following will be disabled until more investigation:

• createSecondCollectionTest
• deleteCollectionTest
• mainMenuSaveToExistingCollection
• shareCollectionTest
• verifyExpandedCollectionItemsTest
• removeTabFromCollectionTest
• verifyAddTabButtonOfCollectionMenu

Patch landed in https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/pull/28688.
Adding the qe-verify flag for QA to confirm tests stability.
