Currently the download dialogs are shown from Android-Components.
If clients would have the possibility of controlling the UI/UX for such dialogs they would be able to style them to better match their overall design.

@QA With the changes landed in https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/pull/28572 please help validate that nothing broke about:
- the download dialogs,
- the snackbars used all throughout the app,
- the homescreen collections (in my manual testing these worked as before but I had to temporarily disable some ui tests - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1812580)

Verified as fixed on the latest Nightly 111.0a1 (2023-01-31) build.
Device used: Oppo Find X5 (Android 12).
