1812906 - Fix tests for bug 1811161 - `Document.execCommand("forecolor")` should use normalized value at setting HTML attribute value

We have two tests, browser_font_color.js and browser_remove_text_styling.js, that expect the string "blue" instead of "#0000ff". I don't think these tests actually care which value is used, i.e. they're not checking that using a colour's name does the right thing, so I'll just change the strings.
