Steps to reproduce

1. Open Download panel
2. Minimize Firefox

Expected result

• Download panel is minimized along with the browser.

Actual result

• A shadow of the download panel is left behind for 1-2 seconds before minimizing

Looks good to me now on my VM (where I saw this issue in the first place) with the latest Nightly from today.
