Steps to reproduce:
I have configured account for outlook.office365.com account with OAuth2
Actual results:

I have used new Thunderbird installation with new profile.

Fedora 37 with latest updates

Account was successfully created, ask for auth, permission

fetching e-mail from office365 account ens with these errors
The current operation on 'Inbox' did not succeed. The mail server for account ...@.. responded: User is authenticated but not connected.

Server outlook.office365.com has disconnected. The server may have gone down or there may be a network problem. -
The same problem is also with 110.0b3 release.

Gnome Evolution e-mail client on the same system doesn't has this problem. TB-Sync addon (different profile) is connecting correctly.
Expected results:
Correctly connect to office365.com and show emails

Bug is still there (thunderbird 102.9.1). Evolution is working fine.
