- "install" a web page
- disable hide address bar on scroll, position address bar at the top
- open the installed web page

full screen app

almost full screen app with blank space sitting pretty at the top

I think this is the bug I've been running into for a while. I first noticed it with the Wordle game, about a year ago.
Today, I noticed it happening with the Mastodon PWA.

This appears to be fixed in current Beta version 116. See recording for demonstration.
