Steps to reproduce

1. "install" a web page
2. disable hide address bar on scroll, position address bar at the top
3. open the installed web page

Expected behaviour

full screen app

Actual behaviour

almost full screen app with blank space sitting pretty at the top

I think this is the bug I've been running into for a while. I first noticed it with the Wordle game, about a year ago.

Today, I noticed it happening with the Mastodon PWA.
