Opening a message from file (.eml), on trunk everything is enabled.

junk, delete, archive should be disabled
In the More menu: Tag, Mark as Read should be hidden.

Not sure what regressed it (may be a mix of things). On 102 delete/junk are disabled (but archive enabled).

ALso, these items should be disabed in main menu.
