The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::DOM: UI Events & Focus Handling' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
Same issue here, disabling Hardware Acceleration works.
I assume it's related to the GPU sandboxing.

Looks like this is mentioned in the release notes
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/110.0/releasenotes/
"Note: A bug in the popular X-Mouse Button Control (XMBC) tool may cause mouse wheel scrolling to stop working. The author(s) are working on an update. Meanwhile, scrolling can be restored by reconfiguring XMBC: either disable the Make scroll wheel scroll window under cursor option in the global settings, or enable the Disable scroll window under cursor option if using a custom profile for Firefox."

X-Mouse Button Control (XMBC) tool: never heard of it, what tool? Who installed it? Why is it assumed the user knows what this refers to?
-
disable the Make scroll wheel scroll window under cursor option in the global settings: Can't find this, the terminology doesn't match any option in Firefox, search engines just return results referring to Firefox v110 changelog.
-
enable the Disable scroll window under cursor option if using a custom profile for Firefox: Same as above.
Clarification would be great.
Okay, it's literally a tool that I have installed a couple years ago. My bad.
