1817105 - Remove or update metrics expiring in Firefox 113: newtab.* before Gecko version gets increased to 113 on 2023-03-13

The following metrics will expire in the next Firefox Nightly release: version 1131.

newtab.closed
newtab.locale
newtab.opened
newtab.search.ad.click
newtab.search.ad.impression
newtab.search.issued
topsites.click
topsites.impression

What to do about this:

1. If one, some, or all of the metrics are no longer needed, please remove them from their metrics.yaml definition file.
2. If one, some, or all of the metrics are still required, please submit a Data Collection Review 2 and patch to extend their expiry. There is a shorter form for data collection renewal 3.
