  • Right-click on UTB, Customize.
  • Enter on a focused button adds it to the UTB.
  • As a mouse equivalent, double-click on a button from unified toolbar customization should also add it to the toolbar, but does nothing.

The keyboard interface and mouse interface are not interchangeable in this scenario.
Mouse users have more control in the positioning of the palette items.
We're not implementing this.
