We had a recent Nightly crash spike in bug 1818500 which was partially obscured due to previous crashes with the IPC::EnumSerializer<T>::Write signature. The interesting part was the mozilla::dom::PBrowserChild::SendPFilePickerConstructor part of the stack trace and it would be nice if we could better expose that.
