Bug 1816611 added download links for beta and nightly.
The nightly ones have the en-US locale hardcoded into the url, that means that people land on the en-US download page and not a localized page.
Removing the en-US part will allow www.mozilla.org to do locale detection and provide the nightly download page and nightly binary link best suited for the visitor.
