The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Can we please get the output of your about:support
page attached to this report?
Also, is there any chance you could test a more recent version of Firefox (e.g., Fx111 or Nightly) on your system and see if the behavior repeats?

Ubuntu 23.04
Window Protocol: xwayland
Description: Mesa Intel(R) Graphics (RKL GT1)
Vendor ID: 0x8086
Device ID: 0x4c8b
Driver Vendor: mesa/iris
Driver Version: 21.2.6.0
Workaround: The problem should not occur if you enable Firefox' native Wayland backend, either by starting Firefox with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 environment variable or by using https://nightly.mozilla.org (which has it enabled by default).

Workaround is not a solution. I partially solved the problem reinstalling firefox, but now firefox start with 'snap run firefox' from terminal but does not start using the .desktop file.

Try this command: $ MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 snap run firefox
(With $ echo -e "\nexport MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1" >> .profile
one can permanently set the env var, it takes effect with re-login.)

All informations points to this being a dupe of bug 1824077, including the upstream issue.

It's a bit confusing that you have filed the same bug 3 times (bug 1822374, bug 1824077, bug 1825991):
In bug 1825991 comment 10 you have confirmed, that MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 fixes the problem which means this is bug 1788205 which should be fixed by https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/2970.
