We would like to add Bing to our default list of search engines for Turkish (tr) locale.

Now that Yandex is gone, we're limited to two options being Google and DuckDuckGo. And since Bing doesn't seem to support OpenSearch, it's not easy to add it manually. It might be a good idea to have it among our ready-to-use options.

I have forwarded this request to our Business Development team for consideration and discussion with the search partner. We can proceed once any prerequisite conditions have been concluded.

Bing has now been added to the Turkish locale.

Should I file a seperate bug for mobile?

I can confirm that Bing is now available on desktop but not on Android.

We are adding it to Android as part of bug 1818321. We're currently working out about iOS.
