Initial instance opens offset down from the top of screen by the height of the Windows title-bar. Click QL button again, second instance opens at top of screen. All subsequent instances open at top of screen. Entire initial instance appears to be offset downward, including bottom of browser instance. Occurs reliably under WinXP Pro as well. Occurs under Mozilla 1.01 as well. Really annoying. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. See above 2. 3. Actual Results: Window opens below top of screen. Expected Results: Window should open at top of screen.
