1823362 - Adding attachment from cloud by drag and drop fails with error alert (There was an error attaching %S.), but attaching via dialog works.

Steps to reproduce:

I added a file as attachment by drag and drop from the linux filemanager to a mail.
The file ist located on networkdrive. I use linux mint 21.1 cinnamon

Actual results:

The file is not attached properly:
davs://[e-mail]/remote.php/webdav/Mirjana/Occitan2.jpg. Trying to send or save generates error:
"Ihre Nachricht konnte nicht als Entwurf gespeichert werden.
Es gab einen Fehler beim Anhängen von davs://[e-mail]/remote.php/webdav/Mirjana/Occitan2.jpg. Bitte überprüfen Sie, ob Sie ausreichende Zugriffsrechte auf die Datei besitzen."
If attached by filedialog, anything is fine with this origin:
file:///run/user/1000/gvfs/dav:host=magentacloud.de,ssl=true,user=P.Budde-HH%40t-online.de,prefix=%2Fremote.php%2Fwebdav/Mirjana/Occitan2.jpg

Expected results:

the attachment should be added properly

Here's the corresponding strings for en-US:

• On which version of TB does this fail for you?
• Does this also fail on current release version TB 102.9.1 (64-bit)?

Das ist die Fehlermeldung.

Die Datei wird nicht kopiert. Größe als 0 Byte angezeigt. Beim Anhängen über das Menü wird nur der Name ohne Pfad und die korrekte Größe angezeigt.
