Newsgroup in header missing when replying

Steps to reproduce:
I ran 113.0a1 (2023-03-22) (64-bit) on Ubuntu 22.10.
I created a new profile, added news.tambov.ru as NNTP server (without credentials) and then subscribed to the group lada.test.
Actual results:
If I now click on the message <tvc51v$fl4$1@news.tlt.ru> it opens.
If I click on Reply in the message pane next to the headers, it opens the answer window, but the Newsgroup field misses the newsgroup, it is empty.
If I click Message in the menu bar, reply to List, the NG field appears correctly in the answer window.
You can do try it yourself with this message and maybe new massages, this group is a test group.
On some other messages the reply button creates an email answer instead of a newsgroup post, e.g. with Message-ID: <tu99n6$1ed4b$1@usenet.network>
Expected results:
When clicking Reply in a newsgroup it should create an answer in the newsgroup and place the same Newsgroup header in the new message as the original message had.
If Follow-UP-To is set, it should use its content.
This bug also exists in the release version of Thunderbird (102.9.0)

Reply will reply to author. You're looking for the Follow-up button, which does what you want.
