Steps to reproduce:

Users can open attachments like PDF in their own tab by double clicking. These tabs were restored before Supernova when closing and opening Thunderbird. This is now broken. Instead Thunderbird will give an error message labeled "This address wasn't understood".

Confirming for Daily 113.0a1 (2023-03-26) (64-bit), Win10.
While this isn't harmful, it will be a pretty visible failure, so we should look into it.
Geoff, any insights?

STR

• Double-click on PDF attachment of a message in IMAP account to open the PDF in a TB tab.
• Restart TB, and look at the PDF tab

Actual

• Error: The address wasn't understood - One of the following (imap) is not a registered protocol or is not allowed in this context (see screenshot attachment 9325075 [details])
• sample address which fails:
  imap://[e-mail]:993/fetch%3EUID%3E/INBOX%3E233?part=1.2&filename=Hello%20World%2C%20meet%20Thunderbird.pdf&type=application/pdf

Expected

• PDF tab to be restored correctly

This works for me, but it always has as far as I can recall.
