Although these properties are defined in [scroll-animations-1], but they should belong to [css-animations-2] I think.

We may need to check the wpt failures in /css/css-animations/parsing/animation-range-* as well, for this bug.

Although these properties are defined in [scroll-animations-1], but they should belong to [css-animations-2] I think.

They are still part of scroll-animations-1. Therefore, I've changed the blocked bug accordingly. If we end up moving them to css-animations-2, we can switch those bugs again.
